About Me

I'm Kartik, a 3rd second year Computer Science major at University of California, Berkeley. I'm currently a working with the Internation Computer Science Institute as a researcher as a part of the FrameNet project. In addition to this, I am part of a team that is developing Hermes, a lecture enhancer loosely based off our CalHacks project, Megafind. Hermes is currently being used by CS61A and CS61B and we have plans to expand it even to even more classes and develop more features.

I'm the one in the Vader helmet

Besides those projects, I do have other hobbies. I was a TA for CS61A, Berkeley's introductory course, and am currently a TA for CS61B, Data Structures. I have developed a good amount of content for these courses- you can probably find it on this website. In addition to this, I do go to the gym fairly frequently and attempt to stay physically fit. I was once an avid swimmer and this semester I plan on reigniting this passion. I am also a big fan of cheeses (gouda, gruyere, swiss etc) feel free to ask me about the best flavors and what they go good with!
